I ordered a bowl: brown rice, black beans, barbacoa, guacamole, tomatillo green-chili salsa, sour cream, cheese, and romaine lettuce. My symptoms started right before i went to bed, about 6hrs afterwards, which chipotle was my last meal for the day. My began with stomach ache to fever, then vomitting and after diarrhea.
