I ordered a bowl: brown rice, black beans, barbacoa, guacamole, tomatillo green-chili salsa, sour cream, cheese, and romaine lettuce. My symptoms started right before i went to bed, about 6hrs afterwards, which chipotle was my last meal for the day. My began with stomach ache to fever, then vomitting and after diarrhea. It lasted from 5/29 at night till 5/31. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
