Bestellte eine Pizza mit Peperoni und Rinderhackfleisch mit Käsebrot und Lavakuchen und aß sie gegen 21.30 Uhr. Ich bemerkte kleine Magenkrämpfe und Gas, bis ich gegen 3 Uhr morgens aufwachte und starken Durchfall und Erbrechen hatte.
