I got animal fries without cheese to go. When I got home the fries seemed lukewarm but I thought they just cooled on the ride home. One of the fries was so soft and cold it felt like it came out of the fridge. Cockroach infestation. Inspector saw live roaches in a storage cabinet for pots and pans, under heating lamps at the prep area and in some sewage on the floor due to a clogged disposal system. Many dead roaches were also seen in several areas.
