Mi novio comió un sándwich picante de lujo, yo un sándwich de pollo picante. Náuseas 2 horas después, vómitos y diarrea 2,5 horas después

I ate the cobb salad with avocado dressing. An hour later I had runny stools, upset stomach, and nausea.

I got 8 count nuggets and fries with the chickfila dipping sauce and a strawberry milkshake. That was all I ate today and after eating it and shopping around at the mall (2/3 hours?) I became VERY cold, tired, nauseous, and had diarrhea :(
