Comí una hamburguesa con queso ayer. 4 horas después comenzó con diarrea intensa, dolor y vómitos. 24 horas después todavía me siento muy mal

i was enjoying my dry burger. then i was on my way home. i felt it. it possessed me. i bought a see through bag from the turkish guy across the train station. then it began. it might be the cajun fries. or anything else in it.
