Not sure Bought a mcchicken a cheeseburger and a hot and spicy mcchicken about 5 hours later i was vomiting every 40 minutes for 9 hrs

I went to KFC because I haven’t been there in a while. I ordered the popcorn chicken meal. About an hour after eating I began to feel nauseous and about an hour after that I began throwing up and having a fever.
