One I ordered two 10 piece chicken nugget meals , my sisters chicken nugget was bit from I have pictures to prove it and two , after I ate I started to experience sharp pains in my stomach which lead to nausea which lead to diarrhea and vomiting .

I ate a quarter pounder (about a third of it) and maybe half the fries but it really tasted bad which is why I didn’t finish. 2 hours later I got very sick with vomiting and diarrhea for 12 hours, and have had a fever for the other 12.
