All I at that day (yesterday’s lunch) was black bean soup & Mediterranean veggie sandwich. I’ve been throwing up all night now.

only thing I ate all day, felt like death all night, throwing up, diarrhea, fever, hot/cold sweats. continued all night. feeling a little better this morning but still have upset stomach and diarrhea.
