ALSO NOTED WALL FAN ABOVE THE SAME DOOR NOT INSECT PROOF WITH NO MESH SCREEN TO PREVENT FLY ENTRY. MUST PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING SCREENED DOOR. NO OPEN GAPS OR OPENINGS AND A TIGHT FITTING MESH SCREEN COVERING THE WALL FAN.
> RAW WOODEN SHELVING THROUGHOUT THE FRONT CASHIER STATION MUST BE PAINTED/SEALED TO BE SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE.
> RESIDENTIAL GRADE FAUCET WITHOUT BACK FLOW PREVENTION DEVICE LOCATED AT THE UTILITY MOP SINK. MUST PROVIDE A COMMERCIAL GRADE FAUCET WITH PROPER BACK FLOW DEVICE. MISSING BACK FLOW DEVICE ON THE WATER DISPENSER LOCATED IN THE DINING ROOM. MUST PROVIDE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
