(Beyond meat burger)I was so excited to try this plant based option so I decided to buy 3 packages.
I had one burger and at first I got bloated then kinda cramps/ nausea/chills/ vomiting and the worst headache ever. I was at work and I couldn’t get to the bathroom I threw up all over the floor. I felt so sick to my stomach and that’s the only thing I ate that day. I don’t understand why there’s so many people advertising this option as healthy when it is not. I got so scared I thought I got the virus. Omg never again. Be careful people! | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Obstáculo, Cefalea, distensión abdominal, Escalofríos
