On April 8th 2018 around 5 pm I was at tanger outlets and we were shopping for a while. As hunger started to settle in we look for any type of food and we saw Carls Jr. And I decided go order a western bacon cheese burger and it tasted a bit strange and hard but I ate it cause of hunger. Later in the day it have me diareah. The next day it got worse. I got extreme pain in my stomach and couldn't lie down in bed. If I lied down it would have extreme pain. So I had to stay in a up right position all day to handle the pain. And had to result in drinking pepto bismal all day. As of now I still have the pain and keep constantly throwing up. As of right now it's 4 times. And I can't eat anything cause I'll throw it up again. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
