I got a #1 combo, with a peach shake. I consumed the food and milkshake with no issue. After a nap I woke up to terrible stomach cramps, the kind that double you over. Diarrhea ensued shortly after. My stomach cramps were so bad all evening and I also got a low grade fever. I still feel awful this morning. Honestly, this has never happened from.
