On Monday night, June 8, I ate a Chipotle bowl with white rice, black beans and a lot of lettuce, cheese and guacamole around 8pm. Went to bed and was awakened with a jolt at 3 AM and started vomiting profusely. Could not keep anything down for 24 hours. Sweating, chills.
