My daughter reported to restaurant and I believe it was the actual fish that was poisoned. We were having family dinner in a favorite restaurant and my son in law and I have mahi mahi fish tacos on May 19. We both got extremely ill. It took us at least two full weeks to recover. I had secondary gastro problems from so much vomiting., Only the two of us that had the Mahi Mahi Tacos. Symptoms started 6 hours after ingestion. My friend was pleading for me to let him call 911, however, I refused. | Síntomas: Vómitos, Diarrea, Gas
