Around 11:30pm sept 23 I ordered a 10 piece nugget with a large fry. Right before finishing my fries I noticed a large bug. It looked similar to a fly but bigger in the bottom of the fry box. My symptoms started around 9pm the next day. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
