To Whom it May Concern,My boyfriend works at the Eyman Florence prison in Arizona. When he got off work today at around 6:10pm , he went to the McDonald’s closes to his job and bought us both a Carmel and Mocha Frappuccino’s. After we finished the Frappuccino, we both experience abdominal pain, diarrhea, and my left arm was shaking. I’m sending this email in case others are experiencing the same thing.
