Myself, husband and 8 year old son all ate a McDonald's meal on Saturday evening. Monday since 5am we have all been vomiting numerous times, for over 12hrs now. We also have diarrhoea and fever. Saturday was the last meal where we all ate the same thing and the only one in our family who has not been vomiting is our 19 month old son who only ate a few fries. We've had sickness bugs in the family before, but never had it where we have all been so ill at exactly the same time which leads us to believe it is food poisoning. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
