I ordered a Big Mac and fries, was fine up until 2:30 in the morning I felt horrible, I started to throw up and have diarrhoea this was happening till 6pm the following day. I had to ring 111 as I was worried cause I couldn’t keep water down. I now feel ok but I just wanted to report it so it doesn’t happen to anyone else | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Vómitos
