My fiancé, two 7 years old kids and myself ate at McDonald's located at Carolina forest, myrtle beach on June 12th. First I started getting severe stomach cramps, then my fiancé and then one of my children. We finally realized that one of the kids went chicken and one went with a burger. Both myself and fiancé also went with burgers. We were all feeling extremely nauseous. No vomiting but diarrhea. We all had a really rough nigh of sleep all of us in pain from cramping. At 2 am I was in a hot bathtub, anything to try and sooth my stomach. As of June 14th all of us still have cramping, and diarrhea. Have not seen a doctor due to not being able to afford insurance but it's pretty clear as to what happened. We were served bad meat. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Obstáculo
