Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
Details: I went to McDonald’s around 2030 hours, and got a bigmac meal and fries and a ice tea. Eveything seemed fine, but around 0100 hours I woke up and vomited really bad, then again around 0230 hours, it happend again, along with that all throgh thr mornng I had very liquidly diahrra. Along with a fever later that day. I’m very upset that I had to miss two days of work! | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
