I would like to report a case of food poisoning cause by food.

 

My wife one of my sons and myself all came down with food poisoning after eating Malay Style rice with chicken, it was the only food we all have eaten in common, my other some had the Thia Bowl but he is fine.

 

Our symptoms are diarrhea,  nausea mild fever and dizziness.
