I became sick on my 2nd full day, diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. Since we had had only room service at this point and my travel buddy didn't eat the shrimp ceviche and is fine, within a few hours of eating, I was cramping and hitting the bathroom. So I will assume that was the culprit for me. I have managed to eat saltines and soup finally as of yesterday, (3rd day after becoming ill).I'm on my 4th day now, lost 7 lbs, and still stomach cramps and the dreaded D. Someone suggested I go to hotel doctor, but since I depart the day after tomorrow, I'll wait till I get back in my own turf. Hopefully this crap is done with by then. Never have had food poisoning (or whatever this is) before, and hope to never again. Completely bum vacation | Síntomas: Diarrea, Obstáculo
