I did not physically go to the restaurant but my fiancé, her mother, sister and niece went. She brought me back Ginger Chicken with Broccoli. This was on Saturday February 16, 2019, I received the food about 2pm & took it to work, and ate it on my break at about 6:30pm. So Sunday I went to work at 3pm at about 6:30 I started to get a stomach ache & I was feeling nauseated. I finally went to the rest room, and all of this is at work, I sat on toilet & it started diarrhea, then I was vomiting. That lasted until 8pm. I left work & it continued for 2 additional days. I had to call in to work from both my jobs. The worst feeling ever. Now also my fiancé ended up sick at about 2am that Monday morning as well & that’s when we figured it out it was the PF Chang’s. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
