Went to taco bell around 8 got the tripple stack two soft shell tacos and a hard shell. About 3 am I had sharp pains in my chest/ upper stomach and ended ulp vomiting, I have thrown up about 6 times within a 4 hour window, I may end up at the hospital | Síntomas: Vómitos
