The beef tacos - I love them. But occasionally I develop all these symptoms along with severe stomach cramps. I tell others if they ever get constipated, This is the solution. Your get cleaned out and lose weight almost overnight. Takes a while to be brave enough to go back. But I do. I don’t usually go there because I live in north fort Myers but I was going to see a friend out that way so I stopped there. I should have known by the smell outside the food would not be up to par I was alone. I got sick halfway through eating my food. My system is pretty sensitive. I have pancreatitis.
