This morning I went and got a sausage English muffin breakfast sandwich meal which included a hash brown and a drink. I chose hot chocolate for the drink. After eating it before class, I found that within less than an hour and a half later (which was class time) I am getting bad cramping, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
