Ate lunch on 4/4/19 at 12:15pm from food bar. Got sampler plate with Citrus Kale Salad, Cottage Cheese and Fruit, Tortellini Salad and Peruvian Style Chicken. By 5pm, I was having severe abdominal cramps, gas, diarrhea and chills. Discomfort has continued through Saturday morning, though not as severe. This was my first time eating from grocery store food bar. Tasted great, but not worth the risk. I will DEFINITELY never do it again! | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Obstáculo, Gas, Escalofríos
