ate approximately 5 calamari rings at 9:00pm that were from Costco freezer isle.
diarrhea symptons began at approx 11:30 pm and woke up at 2am in a cold sweat following vomiting and more diarrhea through the rest of the morning.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos

We (me and my friend) bought chocolate, strawberry milkshake from McDonalds- Fort Mcmurray,AB location today on 5th April 2017 at 2:30 p.m.
We are on our way to Edmonton. After drinking it, within two hours we feel stomach upset and severe diarrhea.  | Síntomas: Diarrea

My daughters ate chicken nuggets, no fries from mcdonalds on march 28 around 11:30 am. Tummy aches started around 2 pm, and vomiting started around 5 pm. Every 20 to 30 minutes for 6 hours. We will never eat there again.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos
