I bought two vegan sausage rolls around 2.30pm. Arrived home around 5.30pm and got sick. Diarrhoea at around 7pm and sick again at 7.30pm  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos

Had the Starbucks mocha Frappuccino at 3:30. Had the old sweetnsour Mcdonalds dip at 6 with my dinner (nobody else was sick). Started vomiting and diarrhoea at 1:30am. Not sure which food item is to blame but those is what I’ve narrowed it down too.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
