The recall is nationwide and affects all products with this specific code.

The product recalled is Baby Gourmet Organic Brand Banana Raisin Oatmeal Organic Whole Grain Baby Cereal sold in a 227g size with the UPC 6 28619 10003 6 and code 24122BROAC G 2 HH:MM BB: 2025AL03.
