Barsotti Juice Company, Inc. has voluntarily recalled its Organic Carrot Juice due to under-processing. The product was distributed in CA, CT, TX, WA, PA, NC, IL, FL, VA, AZ with no foreign distribution. The recall affects 11,499 cases.

The recalled product includes Barsotti Organic Carrot Juice in 16 oz. and 64 oz. plastic bottles, and Trader Joe's 100% Juice Organic Carrot Juice in 16 oz. and 32 oz. plastic bottles.
