Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) issued a food alert for Bocconcini de Albe Mozzarella Fresca due to the presence of Staphylococcal toxin. This product was sold in Andalusia, Asturias, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Catalonia, Cantabria, Castile and Leon, Galicia and Valencia, although other redistributions are not discarded. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.
The recalled product is:
- Bocconcini de Albe Mozzarella Fresca, 250 g (net weight) and 150 g (drained weight), Lot: 2910, best before date: 10/29/2022.
If you have the recalled product in your home, please do not eat it, throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.
