Boulangerie Gandom, based in Montreal, is recalling various pastries due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products, containing pistachios imported from Iran, were sold exclusively at the bakery's location on Sherbrooke Street West.

The issue was identified following a national outbreak of Salmonella infections linked to contaminated pistachios. The recall was initiated as a precautionary measure on December 18, 2025. The recall was classified as Class I.
