Charcuterie Rouch, a French food company, has voluntarily recalled its Jambon Cuit due to the presence of Listeria. The products were distributed in the Ariège department in France.
The recalled products are:
- Under the brand Charcuterie Rouch
- Specifically the Jambon cuit à la coupe and Jambon cuit tranché sous vide.
- The products are either
Sliced by the slice or vacuum-packed in 6 slices or for distributors on request
Sliced by the vacuum-packed in 10 slices or vacuum-packed in slices by weight
- The affected batch is 52.01, packaged between July 23 and July 27, 2024
- With a best-before date between August 13 and August 17, 2024.
- The products were sold from July 23 to July 29, 2024.
Consumers are advised not to consume the product and to return it to the point of purchase.
