Country Corner Dairy cheeses recalled due to inadequate pasteurization

Country Corner Dairy, LLC has issued a recall for several of its cheese products due to improper pasteurization. The products were distributed in Maryland and Virginia.

The recalled products include the company's White Cheddar Cheese, White Colby Cheese, Yellow Colby Cheese, Yellow Cheddar Cheese, and Sizzling Colby Cheese. All products come in various sizes, ranging from 6 oz. to 42 lbs., and are vacuum-sealed in plastic packaging. The total quantity of recalled products is 6605 lbs. The products have different batch codes: 080223, 09183, 100923, 080423, and 110323 respectively.

Consumers are advised not to consume the product and to return it to the point of purchase.
