Dal Molise has issued a recall for its Burratina, a soft Italian fresh cheese with a creamy center, due to contamination by generic E. coli. The product has been distributed in Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec in Canada.The recalled product is:

- Packaged in 200g sizes.
- The affected batch is Lot 151225
- With a UPC of 8 033344 969896
- A best-before date of 2025-12-15.
Consumers are advised to not consume the product and return it to where they purchased it.
