The recall was initiated after the presence of Escherichia coli shiga toxin-producing bacteria was detected.The recalled cheese includes the brand Earl Louet and comes in various forms such as Faisselle, Pyramide, Valençay, Ste Maure, Rond, Crottin, Touré, Pyramide blanche, Coeur, and Pt Valençay.
- The affected batches are those with lot numbers from 15/03 to 24/03 and a best-before date of 17/05/2024.
The product was sold in paper packaging and wooden boxes from 15/03/2024 to 27/03/2024.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
