HEMU Trading Inc. is recalling its Enoki Mushroom product due to potential contamination with Listeria Monocytogenes. The affected product was distributed to five direct account consignees in California, Florida, and Maryland in the United States.AFFECTED PRODUCT

- It is a product of Korea, distributed by HEMU Trading Inc.
- Should be kept refrigerated.

- The affected lot code is 215.
- A total of 1056 cases, each containing 34 packs, are being recalled.
The recall was initiated on April 2, 2026, after the product tested positive for Listeria Monocytogenes. The recall is currently ongoing.
