The Italy Health Ministry announced the recall of Fontina Dop Pascoli Italiani Cheese by the Milk and Fontina Producers Cooperative because E. Coli was detected in the product. The Cheese is sold in Eurospin discount stores in Italy.The recalled product is:
- Fontina Dop Pascoli Italiani Cheese, 250 g, lot C037105286, best before 04/10/2023
All customers who have purchased the recalled cheese are urged to immediately return it to the store they purchased it from for a refund.
