Shawnee Milling Company of Shawnee, Oklahoma is recalling 5 lb.Food Club brand All Purpose Flour with Best if Used by date 03/07/2025, because it may contain undeclared milk and egg. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs or milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The recalled Food Club All Purpose Flour was distributed retail stores in Ohio and New York. As of Feb. 6, 2024, the FDA reported receiving adverse events associated with use of Nurse Assist products and is further evaluating this information. Avanos has not been directly contacted with any reported adverse events. The product comes in a 5 lb., blue paper pack marked Best if Used by 03/07/2025 on the top of the front panel of the bag. The recall was initiated after it was discovered by the firm that an equipment breakdown during production could have allowed allergen cross-contact. Consumers who have purchased 5 lb. Food Club All Purpose Flour Best if Used by 03/07/2025 are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
