Intermezzo Bakery Inc, d/b/a Gayana's Bakery located at 100-02 Rockaway Blvd, Ozone Park, NY has issued a recall for its 'Sochniki' product due to undeclared milk allergens. The product was sold at the retail store Net Cost Market at 2257 E. 16th Street, Brooklyn, NY. To date, no illnesses have been reported to this Department in connection with this product.The recalled product is Gayana Bakery Sochniki, sold in 12 ounce plastic containers. The product carries a "best by" date of 04/15/2024. Presence of milk allergens not declared on the label.
People who have severe sensitivity to milk may run the risk of serious or life-threatening reactions if they consume this product.
