Gestion Le Subtil Milk in Pâté recalled due to Undeclared Allergen

Gestion Le Subtil is recalling its "Cretons" product due to undeclared milk, posing a risk to those with milk allergies. The product was sold in various establishments in the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions.

AFFECTED PRODUCT

PRODUCT: "CRETONS"
- Allergen: Milk
- Format: 250 ml
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of milk
- Packaged in glass jars with metal lids
- Sold refrigerated.

The recall was initiated voluntarily by the company in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ). It is classified as a Class I recall.
