- With UPC code 6 81131 71323 8.
- The affected batch is marked with the code CT89-01
- Has a best-before date of October 8, 2026.

The issue was identified as part of a routine quality check, leading to a Class 3 recall initiated on November 26, 2025. The recall was published by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency on December 11, 2025
