May 14th, 2026:
IQ PRODUCE of VERNON, CA is recalling 528 CASES/ MUSHROOM ENOKI 150g, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The mushrooms were distributed through retail stores in the United States.

AFFECTED PRODUCT

PRODUCT: Enoki Mushroom
- Label as IQ Produce Enoki Mushroom
- Size: 150g
- Lot UI775.
- Green label

The recall was a result of a product sample taken by the FDA that was found to be positive for Listeria monocytogenes. This recall is being made with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
