IQ PRODUCE of VERNON, CA is recalling 528 CASES/ MUSHROOM ENOKI 150g, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The mushrooms were distributed through retail stores in the United States.AFFECTED PRODUCT

- Green label
The recall was a result of a product sample taken by the FDA that was found to be positive for Listeria monocytogenes. This recall is being made with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
