L'Eleveur, a meat company, has voluntarily recalled its Smoked Ham product due to the presence of E. Coli and Listeria monocytogenes above the regulatory limit. The product was distributed in the Guadeloupe region through various retailers including Carrefour, Auchan, Super U, Sodex, Bioche SARL, and Champion.The recalled product is:
- L'Eleveur's Smoked Sliced Ham
- Sold in vacuum packaging.
- Lot number 24138
- With a best-before date of 16/06/2024.
- The product was sold between 17/05/2024 and 31/05/2024
- And is meant to be stored in the refrigerator.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
