Seattle-based Puget Consumers Co-op (PCC) continues its recall of Ladle & Leaf's Hungarian Mushroom Soup, initiated on September 30, 2024, due to potential larvae presence. The larvae may harbor bacteria such as salmonella and E. coli or lead to intestinal myiasis. The recall is classified as Class II, indicating a potential health hazard with a low chance of serious injury or death. The soup was distributed to PCC retail grocery stores in Washington state and was available for sale from September 26 through September 30, 2024.

- Sold under the brand Ladle & Leaf.
- The soup is packaged in 24 oz plastic containers
