Le Pelou (Mazeyrat) has voluntarily recalled its Pure Pork Sausage with Perche due to the presence of Salmonella. The product has been distributed across France through U Carrefour Auchan Leclerc System.The recalled product is the Pure Pork Sausage with Perche under the brand Le Pelou (Mazeyrat). The product comes in two sizes: 240g Le Pelou and a pole variant. The affected batches are 24-36-01-236 and 24-36-01-246 for the pole variant, and 24-36-01-247 and 24-36-01-248 for the 240g Le Pelou. The products have a minimum durability date of 11/29/2024 for the pole variant and 11/30/2024 for the 240g Le Pelou. The products have been on the market since 09/18/2024.
