FDA announced the recall of AlpenFest Style Sachertorte by Lidl US TRADING due to undeclared Egg, Milk, and Wheat. This imported product was directly shipped to a warehouse in Virginia and then distributed to 3 distribution centers in North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. From the distribution centers distributed to Lidl retail stores in Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.

The recalled product is:
- Alpenfest Style Sachertorte NET WT 17.6 OZ (1 LB 1.6OZ) 500g Frozen UPC:2010 0889 Packaged in Cardboard Carton. Expiration: 15.03.2024. Product Quantity: 948-1,000 units

This recall was initiated on 7/14/2023 and its status is ongoing. Do not consume, sell, or distribute the recalled product.
