- The product is identifiable by UPC# 0-70934-99868-1
- Affected lots are Lot# 337-24 and Lot#341-24.
- The best-before dates are 12/2/2025 and 12/6/2025.
- The recall affects 1350 cases of the product.
- This product is meant to be kept in the refrigerator.
- Made by My/Mochi, 5563 Alcoa Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90058
